Oh fresh salmon is just delicious no matter how you cook it. Thanks to Helene for the suggestion. My friend Mac (a vegetarian) suggested Veggie Haggis. It’s okay, but I would much rather have the real stuff…haggis

And let’s not forget venison (sorry for the poor taste pic of an actual live deer)…
